Shipping & Returns

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused, in their original package state for a full refund.

To return an item, please email a return request with your order number in the subject line to shrinenectars@gmail.com please include the following: 

  • Name 

  • Date of purchase 

  • Reason for return 

After receiving your return request we will reach out to you and provide you with a Return Processing Request form and our warehouse shipping address. Please include the Return Processing Request, original invoice, and product unopened in the return package. 

Shipping costs for online returns are to be taken care of by the customer. Please record your package tracking number as we will not be responsible for any return that is not received by our warehouse. 

You will receive an email confirmation once your package has been received and your refund has been issued. Processing may be delayed based upon banking terms.
